Wow, this is amazing. Well done. You are such inspiration to us. Keep it up.
Thank you Kim for your comment. I’m really trying to get the word out about the health benefits of intermittent fasting. I hate to think about type 2 diabetics daily having to have amputations, go on dialysis, and other issues when they could be doing something about their condition. Thanks. -Shirley
Awesome, I am very happy for you, taking control and doing a great job. Best of luck to you and hoping you are healthy and happy for year’s to come.
Jamie, thank you for your comment. Yes, I had a major eye-opening experience in December and committed myself to doing something about my health. Thank you. – Shirley
Shirley…God Bless you! You are putting yourself out there! Keep fighting the good fight. I have been Intermittent Fasting since 2013…that muscle takes time. You are doing fantastic…I see a difference!
Like you I want to shed light on the lie we’ve been told…EAT ALL DAY!
Thanks Denise for your comment. Yes I am putting myself out there because practicing IF is helping me and I want others to find out about the health benefits also. I know it will take time until I reach “normal” again, but it took me 26 years to mess my health up and it will take time to fix it too. More doctors need to know about what fasting and intermittent fasting can do, especially those treating diabetic patients. To think that men and women are going blind, losing limbs and going on dialysis and dying every day when they could be helping themselves makes me sick. Also, many could save so much money and pain by doing this rather than bariatric surgery.
